We have encountered many problems in our lives. Of all the matters, especially when it comes to family matters, we usually don ’ t want to talk about it openly, which causes us to feel more frustrated and not be able to cope with the difficulties properly.

The Family Counselling at KCWA provides a variety of services for those in trouble with family matters on the principle of confidentiality.

We provide our clients with support services for immigrants women and women who have been emotionally, physically or sexually abused or traumatized ("Women") and their children, including assistance to Women in obtaining affordable and secure housing and providing other related programs to assist Women, such as life management counselling and other support services to assist Women to become more independent in the community. Also, we educate immigrants, professionals and the public about the prevention of, and responses to, spousal abuse and other forms of abuse, by providing workshops, seminars and meetings and by collecting and disseminating information on that topic.
